Who we are

Data we collect

Account data: name, mobile number, and the details you give when requesting a review.

Identity and contract data (after your channel is accepted): identity documents and your bank account number (IBAN) for payouts.

Content you send us: videos and files for editing, chat and ticket messages.

YouTube data, only with your permission, as described below.

YouTube and Google data

Tonify uses YouTube API Services. When you connect your channel, you grant these permissions: view your YouTube account (youtube.readonly), view YouTube Analytics reports (yt-analytics.readonly), view monetary YouTube Analytics reports (yt-analytics-monetary.readonly), and upload videos to your channel (youtube.upload).

We use this data only to: show your channel details and revenue estimates in your panel, check monetization eligibility, and — when you choose it — publish finished videos to your channel. Publishing to channels is currently enabled only for staff and test accounts and will be enabled for customers after Google’s review; until then, finished videos are delivered as download links.

Tonify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or let people read it except as needed to provide the service, for security, or to comply with law.

By connecting your channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Retention and deletion

YouTube data is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.

If you disconnect your channel or ask us to delete your data, we delete YouTube data within 7 days. You can also revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Financial records and contracts are kept as long as the law requires.

Where data is stored and security

Account, financial data and files are stored on servers in Iran. Google access tokens are stored only on a separate server in Europe, encrypted, and are never shared with our Iran servers.

Access is limited to staff who need it, and access to identity documents and money actions is logged.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to support@tonifymedia.com.
